Sam in the long run wants to take sailing into a career hopefully competing against some of the biggest names.
After Sam finishes the Clipper Race, he wants to sail a yacht around the United Kingdom non-stop, single handed. Sam will be doing this for charity for both The Ellen Macarthur Trust and Cancer Research UK.  He will be looking for sponsorship, for first of all sponsoring the yacht (around £10,000) and once that is funded all other amounts will be divided and split between the two charities. Once Sam has completed the circumnavigation he will then sell the yacht and donate the money to charity. Sam would be grateful if you can’t sponsor him financially but can in the way of products, for the yacht or items of clothing for him on the circumnavigation.
